1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the hire, sale and use of Kings of Shisha products and services, including shisha/hubbly hire, event staffing, and Gold Leaf VVIP experiences. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Prices quoted are valid for 14 days. Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Age Restriction

Shisha and hubbly services are intended for guests aged 18 and older. Kings of Shisha reserves the right to request identification and refuse service where age cannot be verified.

5. Liability & Safety

Kings of Shisha staff are professionally trained in the safe operation of shisha equipment. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, ventilated area for setup. Kings of Shisha is not liable for damages arising from misuse of equipment outside staff supervision.

6. Equipment & Stock

All shisha pipes, hoses and accessories remain the property of Kings of Shisha unless purchased outright. Clients are liable for loss or damage to hired equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
